• Local placements are accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Candidates within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local rate adjustment
• Drug screen must be negative for all panels
• 12 hours of non-billable orientation are included
• Call-off policy allows 12 hours every 13 weeks without penalty or shift repayment
