Occupational Therapist - Contract Position

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Hours per Week: 30 (minimum 20 guaranteed, with potential for more during staff leave)

Job Description

Conduct functional evaluations of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) patients.
Plan and implement purposeful activity programs to maximize patients' physical and mental functioning in daily life tasks.
May provide services at multiple facility locations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Hawaii.
Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last year.
ASHA, CHT, or ACP training preferred.

Additional Information

Candidates are guaranteed at least 20 hours per week.
Opportunity for additional hours when regular staff are on vacation or on leave.
