IP Rehab OT Acute
Overview
- Contract role in Hilo, Hawaii
- Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Coverage in Rehab and Acute Rehab
- Evaluates and re-evaluates assigned patients in outpatient or inpatient settings
- Plans and implements an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the ordering physician
- Regularly updates treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Independently manages a full caseload
- Must be able to work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as needed based on hospital operations
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Hawaii
- Occupational Therapist with 2 years of experience
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Red Cross
- Experience in an Outpatient setting
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
Preferred Qualifications
- None stated
Additional Notes
- Travelers not currently holding an active Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of offer
- Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend employee health appointment on Friday
