Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
PALS
TNCC
NIHSS
CPI

Preferred Qualifications

CEN
Meditech experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Unit Details

Emergency department
Common unit procedures include conscious sedation, intubations, behavioral health watch, sepsis care, stroke care with tPA administration, and chest pain/heart alert care

Additional Notes

Travelers are required to float
Navy scrubs required for RNs
Body art should be covered when possible; visible piercings other than ears are not allowed
