Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Odessa, Texas
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• 13-week contract
• 48 hours per week

Role Details

• High level PCU RNs or ICU RNs needed
• Will support a newly opened PCU, with ICU patients anticipated
• Will care for MS/Tele, PCU, and/or critical care patients
• May float to MS/Tele, PCU, and critical care areas if census is low
• MS/Tele ratio: 6:1
• Critical Care ratio: 2:1
• Must start no later than 10/20; 10/6 is preferred

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 references within 3 years of start
• Resume/application copy
