Job Opportunity: Telemetry Nurse (Registered Nurse)

Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Shift Details
- Night shift
- 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
- Total 36 hours per week
Unit Description
- Cardiac Specialty Unit
Patient Ratio
- Approximately 1:7-8
- May use team nursing model with ratios greater than 8
Weekend Requirement
- Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month
Job Responsibilities
- Float required (work across different areas as needed)
- No on-call duties
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
- Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience
- Telemetry nursing experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
