Job Description

• Home Health Physical Therapist role
• Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience required
• First-time travelers accepted (must have OASIS experience)
• Float coverage to other zip codes may be requested as needed
• Service area includes Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, Charles County, and St Marys County
• Contractors assigned to a group of zip codes within one county based on staffing needs
• Work schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle meeting licensure and insurance requirements
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patients

Licenses & Certifications

• Maryland Physical Therapy license required
• BLS certification required

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Additional Notes

• Locals within 60 miles may be accepted at a lower rate
• Prior travel experience not required (first-time travelers accepted)
