Travel RN role in PCU
Location: 4W St. Mark's, Floor 4W, Main building
Unit has 34 beds
Patient ratio: 4:1
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule includes every other weekend; no call

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Utah
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

NIH Certification

Unit Details

Staffed with 3-4 RNs and 1-2 PCTs on day shift
Staffed with 3-4 RNs and 1-2 PCTs on night shift
Equipment includes cardiac monitors, telemetry, IV pumps, PCA’s, epidurals, high flow NC, Bi-Pap, and feeding tubes
Typical procedure: feeding tube placement
Floating areas: Med/Surg and IMCU
Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
