- Travel RN role in Interventional Radiology
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7A–5P, plus call
- Unit: Interventional Radiology
- Floor: 1st
- Building: Main
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 36
Unit Details
- 150 beds
- 5 staff members
- Day shift staffing includes 2 IR RNs and 2 IR Techs
- Night shift is on call only, with weekend call
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Equipment includes Siemens Single plane c arm
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
- 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a hospital setting
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
Preferred Qualifications
- Meditech experience
- Good vascular access skills
- PICC line or midline experience
Procedures / Clinical Work
- Para/thora/LVO/FNA/Mid line/Piccline/Kypho/PE thrombectomy
- Vascular access
- Conscious sedation
- Critical care
Call Requirements
- On-call is 5P–7A on weeknights and 24 hours on weekends
- 7–9 shifts per month
Team / Work Environment
- Works closely with Imaging departments
