• Location: Fayetteville, Georgia
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Contract length: 18 weeks
• Shift: Day, 3x12 hours
• Hours per week: 36
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
• Call: None
• Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Locals accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Schedule Expectations

• If one major holiday falls during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work it
• If two major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work both
• If three major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work two

Compliance and Start Requirements

• Full compliance is required to start on time
• Maximum RTO: 7 days per contract
• Background check must be complete before start
• Education verification is required and may be pending at start if proof it is running is provided
• Work history verification of the most recent employer is required and may be pending at start if proof it is running is provided
• Skills checklist within 12 months, updated annually
• 2 clinical references required by Aya
• Photo ID required
• Physical exam statement within 12 months of start
• TB questionnaire required
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 12 months of start
• Flu vaccine or declination required
• Drug screen within 60 days of start
• Color blind testing required
• Code of conduct acknowledgement must be reviewed and signed before start
• Dress and professional appearance policy must be reviewed

• Non-billable orientation hours depend on contract length
• Background check and education verification can be pending at start only if allowed by the stated timing rules
