Required Qualifications

ACLS
BLS
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Oregon Respiratory Therapist license

Experience / Skills

Ability to manage ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and bubble CPAP
ABG experience
Ability to assist with intubation
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Patient Population / Setting

Works with patients of all ages, including neonates
Covers the entire hospital, with main needs in inpatient, ER, medical-surgical, CCU, and family birth center areas

Schedule Expectations

Variable weekends
Holidays required
Majority of shifts may be worked alone

Orientation

3–6 shifts

Work Environment

Critical access hospital
Heavy walking expected during shifts
Royal blue scrubs

Additional Notes

Daily shift checks and procedure billing are part of the role
