Overview

• Contract assignment in Pahala, Hawaii.
• Small critical access hospital with no separate units; RNs cover all areas.
• Role covers ER, Acute, and LTC.
• 13-week contract.
• 6 x 12-hour shifts, 72 hours in a two-week period, with every 3rd weekend off.
• Hours are not guaranteed.
• Not a latex-free facility.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Hawaii.
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience).
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year.
• BLS.
• ACLS.
• CPI.
• NIHSS.
• NRP.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.

Assignment Notes

• If assigned to the ER and there are no patients, RN will provide backup in the acute and LTC areas.
• If assigned to meds, RN will pass meds and do procedures for LTC and acute patients.
• Must arrive the Thursday before start for an employee health appointment on Friday.
