Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location

  • Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Employment Type

  • Travel assignment

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Shift Details

  • Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (1900-0700)
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
  • Weekend hours as required by facility
  • No call requirements

Unit Information

  • Labor & Birth unit with 15 labor beds, 7 antepartum, and 4 pre/postpartum beds
  • Patient ratios approximately 1:1 or 2:1
  • Equipment includes external fetal monitoring
  • Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Oklahoma
  • Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience, including experience within the last year
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
