Job info

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Travel/Contract)

Location: Morgantown, West Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
Shift: Night, 4 shifts per 4-week period (4x12 or 3x12 hour shifts), 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, includes weekdays and weekends (3 shifts per 4-week schedule)
Unit: 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit with telemetry
Patient Ratio: 1:5-7

Job Description

Provide nursing care on a med/surg telemetry unit
Utilize Cerner EMR system
Work within a 75-mile radius of the facility
Scrubs are not provided

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry nursing experience, with experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
