Job info

Assess patients on admission and develop care plans
Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and procedures
Administer medications, manage pain, perform IV venipuncture, give blood, and monitor labs
Discharge patients and provide instructions for safe transition home
Document nursing care in the EMR
Participate in team huddles, delegate appropriately, and follow up on delegated care
Provide basic patient care support, including turning and toileting
Communicate professionally and manage conflicts appropriately
