Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Kingman, Arizona
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:30–17:00
• ASAP start
• Monday orientations
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• On-call: 15–16 call days in 6 weeks with a 30-minute response time
• Charting system: Meditech
• Patient diagnoses include CAD, AMI, CHF, and PAD

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check within 30 days of start, including SS Trace, county searches for the last 7 years of locations lived/worked/in school, nationwide search, sex offender search, and education verification through NSCH
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Transcript or diploma
• Education verification through NSCH
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
• Competency exam, as applicable by profession/specialty
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Measles immunity documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
• Mumps immunity documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
• Rubella immunity documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
• Hepatitis B titer, declination, or vaccine series
• Varicella titer, 2 vaccines at least 4 weeks apart, or history of chicken pox
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
• 2 references within 3 years of start
