Job Overview

• Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 7:00–15:30
• Hours per week: 40
• Schedule notes: Every 3rd weekend and 2–3 days on call during the week

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Ohio
• Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Work Expectations

• Traveler will stay on site when on call

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation
• 7-year criminal background check
• Education verification
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Ohio BCI and FBI fingerprint attestation
• Primary source verification of state license
• Physical exam
• Fit mask testing
• Tdap within 10 years of start or signed declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption
• Proof of 2 clinical references
• Employment application/resume
• Skills checklist
• Photo for badge

Additional Notes

• Onboarding and facility-specific documents must be reviewed and signed before start
• HealthStream modules are required for clearance and some onboarding modules must be completed onsite within the first week
• Radiation badges will be issued to applicable candidates
