Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the specialty
Previous travel experience
Certified sterile processing technician certification with HSPA or CBSPD

Massachusetts statewide CORI release authorization
Background check
Education verification for highest completed education
Transcript may be accepted if education verification cannot be completed; diploma is not accepted
MA Nurse Aide Registry search
Physical exam within 12 months of start, with fitness-for-duty statement
Drug test within 30 days of start
TB screening documentation
Immunization or declination documentation for MMR, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Varicella, Flu, and COVID-19
2 references within 3 years of start
Employment application covering 7 years of employment history, including explanation of gaps over 30 days
Skills checklist prior to start, updated annually as applicable
