Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Role Summary

• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, including vital signs and level of consciousness.
• Manage airway and respiratory function.
• Administer medications and fluids for post-operative symptom and pain control.
• Assess surgical sites, dressings, and physical condition for bleeding, complications, or adverse reactions.
• Document patient records and communicate with the care team.
