Overview

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 08:00 - 16:30
• Schedule: 1x per week, 1 weekend per month, and 1 holiday

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Experience in an Acute Care setting
• Driver's License

• Epic experience

• BLS must be American Heart Association certification
• 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption; declination not accepted for CA
