VT Home Health RN (OASIS Experience Required, Dayshift)
Location: Newport, Vermont Employment Type: Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 40
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility based on patient needs
- Scheduled for 1 weekend a month, followed by 2 days off (1 day before Saturday and 1 day after Sunday)
- Listed shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 8 am to 6 pm
- Some on-call shifts may be scheduled, but only on an emergency basis
Requirements
- Valid RN license in Vermont
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Home Health experience (2 years of experience), with Home Health experience within the last year
- Experience with OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set)
- Hospice experience
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license in good standing
