Pros
Most units are Traveler friendly.
Cons
Travelers floated often. Some core staff very condescending towards Travelers. Some Charge Nurses harass Travelers, resulting in avoiding asking them for support, potentially resulting in poor patient outcomes. Poor support from Charge Nurses in completing required skin checks, and ensuring that documentation is completed and consigned by the correct Nurses.
