Registered Nurse (Med Surg) - Travel Assignment

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Fast-paced medical-surgical telemetry unit focused on optimizing post-surgical patient care per surgeon preference.
Established order sets and protocols with a great team atmosphere.
Unit size: 37 beds
Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 5 patients
Shift: Days, 7 AM to 7 PM
No on-call requirement
No floating required
Block scheduling not available
Preferred EMR: Cerner (not required)
Scrub colors: Black, royal blue

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Valid Driver's License

Additional Information

No blackout dates or required holidays for return to office (RTO)
Maximum amount of RTO allowed: 0
Work schedule: 36 hours per week
No prior travel experience explicitly required for this role
