Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Overview

• Contract role in Mauston, Wisconsin.
• 13-week assignment.
• 32 hours per week.
• Shift pattern: 3 x 12-hour shifts, a combination of 7:00am–7:00pm and 10:00am–10:00pm, with every 3rd weekend.

Role Summary

• Registered Nurse providing nursing care in the Emergency Department for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric.
• Responsible for direct patient care, triage, documentation, coordination with other disciplines, and responding to crisis situations.

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license in Wisconsin.
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience).
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year.
• BLS.
• ACLS.
• PALS.
• TNCC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year degree.
• ATCN.
