General ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, falls
Large geriatric population

Required Qualifications

BLS
CPR
1 year outpatient experience
EMR experience

Schedule

Typically 8-hour day shifts
Hours may vary between 0700 and 1730

Work Expectations

Treats 8–10 patients per day

Orientation to environment, processes, and EMR

Dress Code

Burgundy scrubs top and bottom, or burgundy polo shirt with dark pants

Additional Notes

Radius rule: 50 miles
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year
PTA’s and rehab tech support are available
