Provide nursing care for patients with hematological malignancies, bone marrow transplant, CAR-T therapy, chemotherapy administration, and solid oncology diagnoses.
Patient ratio approximately 1:4.
Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM).
Floating within the scope of skillset as needed across multiple campuses.
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
Charting system: EPIC.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience, with oncology experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Chemotherapy certification.
IV Certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Must complete medication/pharmacology competency exam within 72 hours of signing contract.
Pass/fail testing required for EKG, IV therapy/infusion, and dysrhythmia competency exams within 72 hours of signing.
Candidates have up to 3 attempts to pass each exam; failure after 3 attempts results in cancellation.
Remediation provided after first failed attempt.
NIH Stroke Certification required if applicable to unit.
Annual education sign-off and safety manual acknowledgment required prior to start.

Employment application or resume with 7 years of work history.
Two professional references within the last 2 years, including at least one managerial reference.
Work history verification required for New Jersey candidates, covering at least 1 year prior to start with no gaps over 30 days.
Skills checklist must be completed and updated annually.
Floating policy acknowledgment required for every new assignment or site transfer.
Time off requests must be submitted and approved before offer.
Block scheduling is not approved.
