Overview

• Contract role in St. Albans, Vermont
• 13-week contract
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 37 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Vermont
• Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Experience in Supervisory roles

Responsibilities

• Actively monitors and adjusts patient visit schedules to meet productivity and patient needs
• Communicates schedule changes to the scheduler and supervisor
• Participates in in-service training programs
• Maintains and enhances personal knowledge and promotes standards in physical therapy
• Participates in marketing and promotion of rehab services
• Works with QI staff to improve accuracy of clinical notes and OASIS documents
• Transmits patient incident reports to QI Specialist as needed
