Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
C-EFM or AWHONN Intermediate FHM
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Experience

1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty

Preferred

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
Perinatal RN Residency or recent practice in a Perinatal setting

Onboarding

New hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire
Initial onboarding includes competency validation and a Perinatal Department-specific competency validation
Annual competency verification is required
