Overview
- Travel assignment in Greenwood, Indiana
- 13-week contract
- Day shift
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 1 opening
- Weekend hours: 2-3 weekend days per month
- No call requirements
Role Details
- OT role in Therapy
- Inpatient rehab / adult IRF setting
- 44-bed unit
- Typical caseload: 6-7 patients daily
- Float scope: able to float as needed to CRHN and CRHW
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
- Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- IRF experience
- Adult IRF experience
- Previous IRF experience highly preferred
Schedule
- Monday through Friday with occasional weekends
Additional Notes
- Not a good fit if only outpatient, schools, or acute care experience
- EHR: UDS
