Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing

Location: LaFollette, Tennessee

Shift: Nights, 7 PM – 7 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

• Work in a rehab center/nursing home setting with both skilled nursing and long-term care patients.
• Float between skilled nursing and long-term care units.
• Patient population includes short-term rehab patients, particularly in skilled care and orthopedic receiving.
• Responsibilities include rounds, medication administration, supervising CNAs, and possible wound care.
• Patient ratio is approximately 1:17.
• Facility uses PointClickCare EMR.
• Scrubs color: Royal Blue.
• No call and no 48-hour shifts.
• Block scheduling may be available upon request.
• Return to office blackout period from September 7 to Labor Day.
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee.
• Skilled Nursing experience within the last year.
• 2 years of Skilled Nursing experience.
• BLS.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
