Overview
- Travel/contract role in Columbus, Ohio
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Ohio Respiratory Therapy License
- NRP Certification
- CRT or RRT credential
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- NICU experience within the last year
- Experience working with Neonate patients
- High School and College diplomas/transcripts
- College degree
- License in hand
Preferred Qualifications
- Nitric Oxide (iNO)
- Oscillator Ventilation
- NAVA
- Bubble CPAP
- High-Flow Nasal Cannula
- Neonatal Ventilator Management
- High-Risk Deliveries
Additional Notes
- Emergency Contact Form required for all candidates
- 7-Year Criminal Background Check within 90 days of start
- Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprinting required using code 3701.881
- Pending Background Check Attestation required if starting with fingerprint results pending
- Proof of fingerprint completion required for APN candidates only
- Background acknowledgement form required for sub candidates only
- Dress code and hand hygiene policy must be reviewed and signed
- Confidential fraud, waste, abuse, and compliance reporting form required
- Fraud, Waste, and Abuse training certificate required before start and annually
- Ethics and compliance policies must be reviewed and signed annually
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit mask required annually for patient-facing RRTs
- Tdap required
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray required within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire required annually
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunization or titer requirements apply
- Negative 10-panel drug screen required within 3 months of start
- Flu vaccine or declination required during flu season
- 2 professional references required
