Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekends or holidays
• 40 hours per week (5 days x 8 hours)

Job Description

• Perform X-ray and CT imaging procedures
• Prior CT experience required
• Experience with GE CT scanners preferred

Required Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Radiographer State License

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT certification
• Experience with GE Healthcare CT scanners

Background and Compliance Requirements

• 7-year background check completed within 1 year prior to start, including:

  • Social Security trace
  • County searches for last 7 years
  • Nationwide criminal search
  • Sex offender search
  • OIG/SAM sanctions screening
• Drug screening: Negative 9 or 10 panel urine drug screen within 90 days of start (marijuana tested, no medical marijuana exemptions)
• Physical exam within 2 years prior to start, indicating clearance to work without restrictions
• Respirator fit test documentation within 1 year of start (if applicable)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months of start
• Required immunizations or proof of immunity:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B (titer, series, or declination)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required by specified deadlines
• Ohio-specific fingerprinting and background checks as applicable

Competency Requirements

• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam within 2 years of start
• Unit-specific competency exam within 2 years of start
• Color blind testing (100% pass required; retake allowed once)
• Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam (if applicable)

Additional Requirements

• Must carry a valid driver’s license if job duties include driving
• Completion and signing of facility-specific agreements and policies prior to start
• Proof of auto insurance if driving is required
• Compliance with onsite fingerprinting requirements (if local)
• Completion of required documentation such as employment application and skills checklist
