Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Saint Paul, Minnesota
• Day shifts: 3x12 hours, with start times at 5:30, 8:00, or 9:30
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• First-timers accepted: No
• Weekend work: as needed
• On-call: none
• Locals accepted: No, within 100 miles not accepted
• Pending license accepted: Yes
• RTO restriction: ideally no more than 5 days

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (3 years of experience)
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience with Epic
• Must be able to work in PACU, Pre Op, and Phase 2
• Must be able to float between the main hospital and the Day Surgery Center Perianesthesia departments
• Minnesota license verification required
• Background check required within 1 year of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 1 year of start
• HHS/OIG required within 1 year of start
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Competency Exam
• Skills Checklist 1, annually
• Physical exam within 12 months prior to start
• Tdap
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
• Rubeola
• Mumps
• Rubella
• Hepatitis B
• Varicella
• Drug testing within 1 year of start
