Cath Lab Tech Travel/Contract Position

Location: Tampa, Florida
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma, Level I Pediatric Trauma
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month required
On-Call Requirement: 1-2 days per week plus 1 weekend per month on call
Floating: No floating within or to sister facilities

Job Description

Must have hybrid OR experience in endovascular procedures including EVAR, TEVAR, aortagram, and peripheral runoffs
Patient population: Vascular surgical patients undergoing endovascular procedures
First-time travelers accepted
Locals and candidates with pending state licenses are not accepted
RTO (Return to Office) restrictions apply; verbal manager approval only, cannot be included in contract

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Florida
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist within the last year
Hybrid operating room experience in endovascular procedures including EVAR, TEVAR, aortogram, and peripheral runoffs
National certification verification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
On-call availability 1-2 days per week and 1 weekend per month
