Overview

  • 9 beds
  • 17 staff members
  • Patient ratio: 1:4
  • EMR: Meditech

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Texas
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
  • ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS or ENPC or TNCC
  • CPI
  • Experience in a Free Standing ER setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Meditech experience
  • FSED experience

Procedures / Clinical Work

  • IV
  • bloodwork
  • Foley
  • Breathing Treatments
  • Medication administration

Scheduling

  • Rotating weekends, 4 out of 8 required
  • No on-call

Floating

  • May provide hours to other Methodist/FSED locations within 25 miles
