RN - Neonatal Intensive Care

Job Overview

  • Travel RN position in Crown Point, Indiana
  • Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3x12s
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • No call required
  • Float to postpartum when needed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Indiana
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (3 years of experience)
  • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year

Preferred

  • STABLE
  • IV insertion
  • Delivery room stabilization
  • CPAP
  • Ventilator experience

Unit Details

  • NICU with 25 beds
  • Patient ratio: 1:2 to 1:3
  • Cares for patients of all gestational ages and acuity levels

Equipment

  • Bubble CPAP
  • Ventilators
  • High-flow nasal cannula
  • Feeding pump
  • Breast pump
  • Alaris IV pump

Work Environment

  • Team-oriented and adaptable to changing patient assignments
  • Hospital-issued scrubs required
