Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location

Tacoma, Washington

Job Type

Travel assignment
Contract length: 24 weeks

Schedule

Monday to Friday, primarily 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
One weekend day per month with a compensatory day off during the week
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36–40 hours

Facility & Unit Information

Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 60 beds
Adult and older adult patient population
Patient treatment ratio: approximately 6.5 patients per 8-hour day
Focus on rehabilitation for severe injury or illness, including CVA/neuro cases

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
Experience in a Rehabilitation setting
Inpatient Rehabilitation experience

Preferred Experience

Experience with neurological and stroke (CVA) patients

Additional Details

Scrub color: any
Report time: 8:00 AM on first day
Occasional weekend work required (1 day/month) with comp day off during the week
