PACU RN Travel Contract

Overview

• Specialty: PACU RN
• Location: Oregon City, Oregon
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Hours per week: 40
• Patient ratio: 1:2
• Floating: May float between units based on unit needs
• On-call: Required, 100 hours
• Weekends: Required on-call
• Block scheduling: Not required
• 48 hours: Not approved
• First-time travelers: Accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• 1 year of PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Assignment Notes

• Travelers may be asked to float to other units and facilities as needed.
• If floating consecutive shifts, hotel lodging may be offered at additional cost.
• Scrubs: any color; OR/Critical Care/ED/Maternal Child scrubs are provided.
• Parking is free.
