Registered Nurse - Post Operative

Job Details

Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Combination day shifts, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (options include 08:00-18:30, 09:00-19:30, 10:00-20:30, 10:30-21:00)
Hours per week: 40
Weekend and holiday on-call coverage required on a rotating 6-week schedule
- Call times include Friday 21:00-07:00, Saturday 07:00 to Sunday 23:00, and Sunday 23:00-07:00
- Night shift call coverage may occur Monday-Thursday from 20:30-07:00 if called in

Required Qualifications

Experience in Phase 1 PACU, as well as pre-op and Phase 2 PACU
Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required and must be submitted with application

Additional Notes

Call coverage is for backup only; not normally assigned to agency staff unless called
