Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour day shifts
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Delaware
Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with Epic electronic medical record system

Scheduling & Work Requirements

No block scheduling allowed
Holiday work required every other holiday
Weekend work required every 3rd weekend
Float required to other areas within acuity level
Overtime shifts are not authorized or approved for travel RNs
Incidental overtime is not authorized or approved
Meal breaks are mandatory and must be taken as scheduled; untaken meal break time cannot be accumulated
In case of codes, rapid response, or significant events near shift change, nurses must hand off promptly at the top of the hour to the charge or oncoming nurse with clear communication of outstanding tasks

Additional Notes

Interviews follow an auto-offer process with a maximum 3-day return to offer (RTO)
Procedural area exceptions may apply for on-call or emergent cases to maintain schedules
