• LDRP OB nurse role in a small critical access hospital
• Responsibilities include triage, labor, recovery, postpartum care, and newborn care
• Floating between units is required
• Weekends are required and are equally split among staff
• On-call is not required
• Block scheduling is not required
• 48 hours are approved
• Expected patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:6
• Must work at least one winter holiday
• Scrub color: any color; OR provided
• Parking is free

Required qualifications

• Current RN license
• Seasoned travelers only
• NURSYS verification required
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• PALS certification
• NRP certification
• EFM certification
• TNCC certification
• Chemo certification
• IV certification
• NIH Stroke certification
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
• Competency exam
• Color blind testing, if required for the unit
• Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• Employment application with at least the last 5 years of employment history
• Work history verification may be required if used in place of reference requirements

Health and onboarding requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask clearance
• Tdap within 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, flu, COVID, drug screening, and respirator clearance documentation as required for travel candidates
