Setting: Surgical cases in a 4-room operating room unit
Patient ratio: 1:1

Schedule

Shift options: 4x10s or 5x8s with start times varying by shift
Call: 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
Floating: Not required
Block scheduling: Not available
Orientation: 1 week

Required qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Additional notes

Manager approval is required for maximum requested time off
Scrubs are provided by the hospital
Must submit required license and certifications with the application
Must include driver’s license and permanent home address on submission; address must match ID
Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
