Day Shift Staffing: 4 RNs, 5 LPNs
Night Shift Staffing: 4 RNs, 4 LPNs
Patient Ratio: 1 RN to 6 patients
Equipment Used: Patient lifts, iSTAT, glucometer, inhalers/breathing treatments, wound vac dressing changes
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech

CRRN certification
Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute settings
Experience with telemetry patients and ability to pass Airstrip telemetry competency
ACLS certification

Enjoys educating patients and family members on care plans and rehabilitation programs
Strong communication skills
Empathetic and patient advocate
