- 7-week assignment
- Night shift: 3x12s, Friday/Saturday/Sunday block, 18:45–7:15
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- Supervisors within the last year for references
Additional Notes
- Requested time off: 12/6–12/19 and 12/24–12/28
- Proposed extension: 12/20/2026 to 2/7/2027
