Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Unit: 33-bed med-surg floor with 16 telemetry monitors
Patient Types: Orthopedic (total knee and hip replacements), bariatric (gastric sleeves and gastrectomies), CHF, COPD, TIAs, cardiac cath patients requiring intervention
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: Approximately 6:1
Scheduling: Flexible weekend scheduling (every other weekend or as fits schedule), block scheduling allowed for travelers
EMR System: Meditech

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience, with experience within the last year
BLS certification
COVID-19 vaccination required

Scrub color preference: None (scrubs not provided)
Telemetry monitoring support available from CCU staff and supervisors on each shift
Shift start times: 7:00 AM or 11:00 AM
