Labor and Delivery RN

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Camden, New Jersey
• Night shift, 3x12 hours: 19:00–7:00
• 13-week contract
• First-time travelers accepted, but not preferred
• Every other weekend required
• 1 winter holiday and 1 summer holiday required

Unit / Assignment Details

• Based in Labor and Delivery
• Travelers are required to float within 5 hospitals within skillset
• Block scheduling is not allowed
• 1:6 ratio experience is required, and the assignment may be pulled to facilities with higher volumes

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• Labor and Delivery experience with at least 1 year of experience
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• Ability to circulate and scrub for cesarean sections
• Experience with 1:6 patient ratio
• Experience with Epic

Preferred

• First-time traveler is not preferred

• EPIC experience is listed
• Scrubs are provided by the hospital
• RTO must be submitted at time of application; RTO after submission will not be accepted
