Stepdown / Immediate Care Unit RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Morgantown, West Virginia
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks
Possible extension: Yes
Shift options listed: 3x12 Days weekdays, some weekends; 3x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, some weekends
Typical ratio: 1:4, with flex to 1:5 in emergencies
Holiday RTO requests should be limited to no more than 2 of the 4 major holidays
Blocked schedules are considered only for weekend blocks: Fri, Sat, Sun or Sat, Sun, Mon
Scrubs are not provided; burgundy and/or white are required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in West Virginia
Stepdown (1.5 years of experience)
Stepdown experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
IV insertion skills
Med Surg / Telemetry experience
