MRI Technologist - Travel Contract

Location: Sacramento, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Travel contract position for an experienced MRI/CT Technologist
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (07:00 - 19:30)
• Call requirement: 8 shifts per month, overnight (19:00 - 07:00) with a 30-minute response time
• Equipment used: GE Short bore software 24x

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
• Active California Radiologic Technologist license
• Certified MRI Technologist (ARRT MR)
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT R)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)
• Must provide 2 supervisory references from modality (1 within past 12 months, 1 within past 3 years)
• Candidates must not have been employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by the associated health system within the past year (PRN employment through outside firms is acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification
• Fluoroscopy permit

Additional Information

• Candidates’ profiles are sent directly to the unit for consideration
• This role requires an MRI-trained California Radiologic Technologist
• Total weekly hours approximately 36 hours (3 days x 12 hours) plus call shifts
