Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Travel Position

Location

  • Gilbert, Arizona

Job Type

  • Travel assignment
  • Contract length: 13 weeks

Facility & Unit Overview

  • 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
  • Adult acute rehab patient population
  • Focus on recovery from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
  • Rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs
  • Electronic Health Records: UDS and Cerner

Schedule

  • Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Weekly hours: 32 guaranteed
  • Weekend hours: 1 weekend per month
  • No call requirements
  • No float requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist within the last year
  • Experience working with adult patients
