  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona
  • Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
  • Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • CCC-SLP

Preferred Qualifications

  • FEES experience preferred
  • Experience performing MBSs

Additional Notes

  • Time off requests may be accommodated
  • Meditech charting is used
  • No major traumas are treated onsite; higher-acuity trauma cases are transferred out
  • Common patient populations include strokes, geriatrics, and general weakness
